Three Bean Vegetarian Chili

Ingredients

  • 1 15-ounce can black beans, drained
  • 1 15-ounce can pinto beans, drained
  • 1 15-ounce can cannellini beans, drained
  • 1 16-ounce container Garden Fresh Gourmet® Restaurant Style Medium Salsa
  • 4 cups vegetable broth
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons green onions, sliced on the bias
  • ¼ cup sour cream

Instructions


In a 4-quart soup pot, combine beans, Garden Fresh Gourmet® Restaurant Style Medium Salsa, broth, cumin and chili powder, and bring to a simmer. Simmer for 20 minutes and season with salt and pepper to taste. Ladle soup into warmed soup bowl and garnish with a dollop of sour cream and sliced green onions.
