Sriracha Deviled Eggs16 Halves
- 8 hard-boiled eggs
- 1 8-ounce container Garden Fresh Gourmet™ Organic Original Hummus
- 2 tablespoons sriracha sauce
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1 teaspoon each black and white sesame seeds
- 1 green onion, cut on the bias
Separate the egg yolks from the whites. Pass egg yolks through mesh sieve, or mash with a fork. Combine yolks, Garden Fresh Gourmet Organic Original Hummus, sriracha, and lime juice. Transfer to piping bag, or use a ziptop plastic bag and cut the corner to pipe. Pipe a generous amount of filling into each egg. Finish with a sprinkling of sesame seeds and garnish with the green onion.
