1 15-Ounce Can Pinto Beans, Drained
1 15-Ounce Can Cannellini Beans, Drained
1 16-Ounce Container Garden Fresh Gourmet® Restaurant Style Medium Salsa
4 Cups Vegetable Broth
1 Teaspoon Cumin
1 Teaspoon Chili Powder
Salt And Pepper To Taste
2 Tablespoons Green Onions, Sliced On The Bias
¼ Cup Sour Cream
In a 4-quart soup pot, combine beans, Garden Fresh Gourmet® Restaurant Style Medium Salsa, broth, cumin and chili powder, and bring to a simmer. Simmer for 20 minutes and season with salt and pepper to taste. Ladle soup into warmed soup bowl and garnish with a dollop of sour cream and sliced green onions.
