2 Flatbreads (8 Inches Each)
½ Cup Garden Fresh Gourmet™ Roasted Red Pepper Hummus
1 Yellow Squash, Roasted Or Grilled, Diced
1 Zucchini, Roasted Or Grilled, Diced
1 Cup Mozzarella Cheese
1 Tablespoon Fresh Basil, Chopped Finely
Toast flatbreads in 400 degree oven for 5-7 minutes. Using a spatula or knife, spread Garden Fresh Gourmet Roasted Red Pepper Hummus evenly across the two flatbreads. Top with vegetables and mozzarella cheese. Toast in oven for about 5 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and melted. Cut in half or quarters and garnish with chopped fresh basil.
