1 16-Ounce Container Garden Fresh Gourmet® Avocado Verde Salsa
½ 14-Ounce Bag Garden Fresh Gourmet® Original Tortilla Chips
½ Cup Queso Fresco
2 Radishes, Sliced
2 Tablespoons Cilantro, Chopped
Heat the Garden Fresh Gourmet Verde Salsa in a saucepan on medium heat until it begins to simmer. Add the Garden Fresh GourmetTortilla Chips, and stir gently so as not to break them. Chips will begin to absorb liquid and become soft. As the chips are softening, cook the eggs over easy. Reserve eggs until the chip mixture is almost completely soft but before the chips begin to break apart. Place the eggs on top of the softened chips, sprinkle with queso fresco, and garnish with radishes and cilantro.
