    Artichoke Garlic

    Bruschetta

    Artichoke Garlic Bruschetta

    Featuring Garden Fresh Gourmet Artichoke Garlic Salsa.
    Serves 4 to 6 as an appetizer.

     

    Ingredients

    ½ whole grain baguette, cut into ½ inch thick slices
    2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
    1 container Garden Fresh Artichoke Garlic Salsa
    1 cup fresh basil leaves, thinly sliced chiffonade-style
    1 cup shaved parmesan cheese or ½ cup almond flour
    Balsamic cream for garnish

     

    Instructions

    Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Place slices of bread on a parchment-lined baking sheet, then drizzle oil on the bread. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes until the crust begins to turn golden brown. Remove from oven and place toasted bread on a serving platter. Top each piece with a tablespoon of Artichoke Garlic Salsa, then a little basil and then a slice of shaved parmesan or sprinkle of almond flour. Lightly drizzle threads of balsamic cream and droplets of extra virgin olive oil on and around the bruschetta. Serve right away.
